Conflict prevention and management training is focused on collegial conflicts and those with parties (patients, family members, caregivers) that affect the quality and safety of health services for citizens.
PRAK thanks the healthcare staff for their interest in participating in the training, where during the April-May period, 8 such trainings were held in the municipalities: Rahovec, Mitrovica, Drenas, Malishevë, Shtime, Skenderaj, Istog and Obiliq.
These trainings are carried out within the project “Accessible and Quality Healthcare” AQH Project.
